Community Participation through Public Comment System
- In implementing the Public Comment System, the following items are necessary: subject proposal on city policies and other matters, related documents, where or to whom the opinion is being addressed, the presentation method and presentation period, and other information that have been acknowledged to be vital for public announcement.
- The period for presentation of opinion, in principle, is within 30 days or more.
- The citizen presenting the opinion must state clearly his/her home address and name, as well as the item or subject prescribed by the city government.
