1. Three types of support for disaster prevention in Ichikawa

This year marks one hundred years since the Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923. Starting from this month, disaster prevention information will be included monthly in the Ichikawa PR paper.

Three types of support: your own preparation, support between yourself and your neighbors and public support

1.1 This month’s notice

In Ichikawa City, the probability of earthquakes of intensity 5 or over (the same intensity that Ichikawa City experienced in Great East Japan earthquake) within the next 30 years is 100 percent.

It is advisable that every household store food for at least three days (if possible, food, water and portable toilets for seven days), and anchor furniture for a possible earthquake.

2. A new regulation is put into effect forbidding the dumping oyster shells, etc.

In order to conserve the environment around the discharge channel of the Edogawa River, a new city regulation was put into effect on April 1, 2023.

The regulation forbids dumping oyster and other shells that were collected in the discharge channel of the Edogawa River in Ichikawa City.

Starting from Sunday, October 1, a 5,000-yen fine will be imposed on violators.

3. COVID-19 vaccine updates

Bivalent vaccines will be administered for vaccinations between Monday, May 8 and Thursday, August 31.

In order to receive bivalent vaccines, you need to have at least a 3-month interval from the date of your last vaccination.

You can use your unused vaccination voucher that was sent out to you by post when you make an appointment. Please keep your vaccination voucher in a safe place.

For those who have yet to receive a first/second vaccine, vaccines are administered on the 7th floor of City Hall Building 1.

3.1 Appointment consultation desks

For those who need assistance on making an online appointment, appointment consultation desks will be available starting from Tuesday, April 25 in five locations in public facilities in the city.

ことしは　関東大震災（かんとうだいしんさい）から　100ねんが　たつ　としです。

これから　まいつき　ぼうさいに　かんする　ないようを　こうほういちかわで　おしらせします。

3．公助（こうじょ）：じちたいによる　しえんなどの　こと

1.1 4がつの　おしらせ

いちかわしでは　これから　30ねんの　なかで　震度5弱（しんど5じゃく）　より　おおきい　地震（じしん）（東日本大震災（ひがしにほんだいしんさい）で　いちかわしが　けいけんした　しんど）が　おきる　かくりつは　100％　です。

いつ　さいがいが　おきても　たいおうが　できるように　かていで　さいてい3にちぶん、　できれば　7にちぶんの　ごはんと　みず、かんたんに　できる　といれなどや　かぐが　たおれない　ように　こていを　して　そなえましょう。

2. かきの　からなどを　すてる　ことを　きんしする　条例（じょうれい：まもることがかかれたきまり）が　できました

いちかわしでは　えどがわ　ほうすいろ（かわの　みずが　あふれないように　ちょうせいする　すいろ）の　かんきょうを　まもる　ため、「市川市江戸川放水路におけるかき殻等の投棄等の禁止に関する条例（いちかわし　えどがわほうすいろに　おける　かきがらとうの　とうき　とうの　きんしに　かんする　じょうれい）」を　4がつ　1にちから　はじめました。

この　じょうれいは　えどがわほうすいろで　とれた　かきなどの　からを　すてることを　きんしする　ものです。10がつ　1にち（にちようび）　から　じょうれいを　まもる　ことが　できなかった　ひとには　5,000えんを　はらって　もらう　よていです。

3. しんがたころなわくちんの　おしらせ

5がつ　8にち（げつようび）　から　8がつ　31にち（もくようび）は　おみくろんかぶ　たいおうの　わくちんをつかいます。

おみくろんかぶ　たいおうの　わくちんを　うつ　ためには　まえに　わくちんを　うったひから　3かげつが　すぎている　ひつようが　あります。

つかっていない　せっしゅけん（わくちんを　うつための　ちけっと）で　よやくを　して　わくちんを　うつ　ことも　できます。せっしゅけんは　わくちんを　うつ　まで　たいせつに　もって　おいて　ください。

1・2かいめの　わくちんを　うって　いない　ひとは　いちかわしやくしょ　だい1ちょうしゃ　7かいで　うつ　ことが　できます。

わくちんを　うつ　ことが　できる　きかんや　ばしょなどの　あたらしい　じょうほうは　いちかわしの　うぇぶさいとを　かくにんして　ください。

よやくまどぐちそうだん

4がつ　25にち（かようび）から　うぇぶさいとで　よやくを　する　ことに　ふあんが　ある　ひとの　ために　いちかわしに　5つの　ばしょで　よやくそうだんの　まどぐちを　ひらきます。

くわしいことは　せっしゅけんと　いっしょに　はいって　いる「予約相談窓口について（よやくそうだんまどぐちに　ついて）」を　かくにんして　ください。

 

4. 「2023年トルコ・シリア地震救援金（2023ねん　とるこ・しりあ　じしん　きゅうえんきん）」を　うけつけて　います

日本赤十字社（にほんせきじゅうじしゃ）では　救援金（きゅうえんきん：かいがいで　おきた　さいがいに　あった　ひとたちを　たすける　ための　おかね）を　あつめて　います。
