1. Ichikawa Rose Fair 2023
Enjoy a pleasant moment surrounded by spring roses that are normally bigger and more vibrant in color than the ones that bloom in autumn months.

2. Three types of support for disaster prevention in Ichikawa – this month’s notice
This year marks one hundred years since the Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923.
Three types of support: your own preparation, support between yourself and your neighbors and public support.
≪This month’s notice≫－ Storing emergency toilet kits (your own preparation)
Refraining from using the toilets in times of disaster could cause health problems, so storing emergency toilet kits is very important.
It is advisable to have emergency toilet kits for at least 3 days, or ideally for 7 days if possible.
e.g. for a person who goes to the restroom 5 times a day: 5 times × 3 days = 15 times.
3. Ichikawa fireworks display
The Ichikawa City Fireworks Display is going to be held for the first time in four years!
The details including ticket sales will be announced when the information becomes available.

Saturday, August 5 from 7:15 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

4. Free legal consultation for foreign nationals
Free legal consultations for foreign nationals are held every month in Chiba Prefecture.
You can ask for advice concerning employment, domestic violence, divorce, social insurance, tax, visa status and education, etc.

Japanese language classes are run by volunteer Japanese instructors in many locations in Ichikawa City. If you wish to take a lesson, please see the details on the Ichikawa City Exchange Association’s homepage.

6. Online “Japanese business” lessons
Commissioned by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, the International Cooperation Center (JICE) holds Japanese language classes for foreign nationals who are living in Japan.

・かいかいしき（ごぜん10じ）
・いちかわし しょうぼう おんがくたいの えんそうを きくことが できます
・ばらや はるの しょくぶつや はなを かうことが できます
・しんせんな やさいを かうことが できます
・くいずなどの あそびを たのしむことが できます
2. ぼうさい（じしんや たいふうなどで うける さいがいを できるだけ なくし いのちや せいかつを まもること）の おしらせ
ことしは かんとうだいしんさい（1923ねんに かんとうで おきた おおきな じしん）から 100ねんが たちます。
自助（じじょ）： じぶんで じゅんびを すること
共助（きょうじょ）： ちかくに すんでいる ひとたちと たすけあうこと
公助（こうじょ）： じちたいなどが こまっている ひとたちを たすけること
≪こんげつの おしらせ≫
けいたいといれ（どこでも つかうことが できる といれ）を じぶんの いえに じゅんびする【自助（じじょ）】
じしんや たいふうなどで いつもの せいかつが できないときに といれを がまんすることは けんこうに よく ありません。けいたいといれを いえに じゅんびすることは とても たいせつです。
けいたいといれは 3にちぶん じゅんびしてください。できれば 7にちぶん じゅんびすると もっと よいです。
ひつような かず：1にちに 5かい といれへ いく ひとは 5かい×3にち＝15かいぶん ひつようです。
3.「いちかわしみん のうりょう はなびたいかい」を おこないます
「いちかわしみん のうりょう はなびたいかい」を 4ねんぶりに おこないます。
くわしい じょうほうは きまったら おしらせします。

4. がいこくじんの ために むりょう（おかねは いりません）の ほうりつそうだんを おこないます
ちばけんでは がいこくじんの ための ほうりつそうだんかいを むりょうで おこなっています。
いろいろな もんだい（しごと、けっこん、ほけん、ぜいきん、ざいりゅうしかく、べんきょうなど）の そうだんを することが できます。
そうだんを したい ひとは よやくが ひつようです。よやくを できる ひとの かずが きまっています。よやくを したい ひとは はやめに れんらくを してください。

5. いちかわしこくさいこうりゅうきょうかい（ＩＩＡ）の にほんごきょうしつで にほんごを べんきょうすることが できます
いちかわしでは ぼらんてぃあ（しゃかいの ために おかねを もらわないで かつどうを する ひと）による にほんごきょうしつを いろいろな ばしょで ひらいています。
にほんごを べんきょうしたい ひとは いちかわしこくさいこうりゅうきょうかい（IIA）の ほーむぺーじを みてください。
にほんごきょうしつの ばしょや じかんは かわるばあいが あります。にほんごきょうしつの たんとうしゃに かならず でんわを して ばしょや じかんを かくにんしてください。

6. 「しごとの ための にほんご」を おんらいん（いんたーねっと）で べんきょうすることが できます
にほんこくさいきょうりょくせんたー（JICE）では にほんに すんでいる がいこくじんの ために にほんごの きょうしつを ひらいています。

しつもんが ある ひとは がいこくじんそうだんまどぐち（でんわ：047-712-8675）へ でんわして ください。
