1. Bringing in garbage before/during/after the Golden Week holidays

The Clean Center is expected to be busy handling a high volume of garbage immediately before/during/after the Golden Week holidays. We ask for your kind cooperation on by bringing in your garbage at another time,　and avoiding this busy time as much as possible.

From Monday to Saturday (except for public holidays) between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. （10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 11）

2. Morning markets by Ichikawa fishers

Local marine products such as seaweed and shellfish, and vegetables will be sold. There will also be food trucks and displays of Sanbanze tidelands. Sale items are subject to change depending on the dates and weather.

【Dates and time】
May 5 （public holiday）, Sunday, June 2 and Sunday, July 7 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.（Sales end when items are sold out. This market will not be open in case of severe weather）

3. Kokubu River carp streamer festival

With the catchphrase of “Bring back the clear stream”, over 400 carp streamers carrying children’s dreams will fly high in the sky. In addition to a ceremony, store booths are going to be set up on May 4（public holiday）.

4. 2024 Ichikawa Rose Fair

Enjoy the moment surrounded by spring roses, said to be the most beautiful time of year for rose blooms.

Saturday, May 11 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. （The fair is postponed to the next day in case of rain. The opening ceremony starts at 10 a.m.）
