1. Applications are now being accepted for bicycle helmet subsidies

Temporary application counters will open soon for bicycle helmet subsidies（2,000yen）. Applications are also being accepted at the Division of Traffic Planning（2F, City Hall Building 2）and on this online application form. Please see the Ichikawa City official website for more information such as eligibility and required documents.

2. Support for the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake

Following the Noto Peninsula Earthquake that struck on January 1, 2024, Ichikawa City has been extending our support by dispatching city personnel to Suzu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, opening municipal apartment units and accepting donations.

Donations organized by Japan Red Cross Society are accepted within Japan.

（1）Wire transfer to a designated bank account of Japan Red Cross Society.

3. Information about NHK World Japan

NHK World Japan is an international service provided by NHK, Japanese media. It sends out various information to the world in multiple languages via TV, radio and the internet. Users can watch news and check various information on this page in 21 languages. Also, NHK World Japan official apps can be used in 19 languages, and users can receive notices in English, Chinese（simplified and traditional）, Portuguese and Vietnamese in case of earthquake and Tsunami. 4. Applications are open for “CHIBA-kun global partners”

In order to realize a society where people respect diverse cultures, Chiba Prefecture is looking for foreigners and/or non-Japanese descendants who can play roles as “CHIBA-kun global partners” to utilize various points of views in Prefectural initiatives. CHIBA-kun global partners will be asked to participate in events hosted by Chiba Prefecture, to help sending out information in foreign languages about the attractions of Chiba Prefecture, as well as help at the time of disasters, and to take part in idea-exchange discussions and surveys.

じてんしゃに　のるときに　つかう　へるめっと（あたまを　まもる　どうぐ）を　かうための　ほじょきん（2,000えん）が　でます。ほじょきんを　もらうためには　しんせい（ひつような　ものを　だすこと）を　しなくては　いけません。しんせいの　ための　まどぐちを　1がつから　3がつまで　ひらきます。しんせいは　こうつうけいかくか（だい2ちょうしゃ　2かい）や　こちらのしんせい　ふぉーむでも　いつでも　うけつけています。しんせいに　ついて　くわしい　じょうほうは　いちかわしこうしきうぇぶさいとを　みてください。

3. NHK（えぬえいちけー）わーるどJAPAN（じゃぱん）の　しょうかい

えぬえいちけーわーるどじゃぱんは　にほんほうそうきょうかい（NHK）が　おこなっている　さーびすです。てれびや　らじおや　いんたーねっとから　せかいじゅうに　いろいろな　くにの　ことばで　じょうほうを　だしています。こちらの　ぺーじでは　　21の　げんごで　にゅーすや　じょうほうを　みることが　できます。また　えぬえいちけーわーるどじゃぱんが　だしている　あぷり（すまーとふぉんや　たぶれっとで　つかうことが　できる　さーびす）は　19の　げんごで　つかうことが　できます。じしんや　つなみが　おきたときは　えいご、ちゅうごくご（かんたいじ）、ちゅうごくご（はんたいじ）、ぽるとがるご、べとなむごで　おしらせを　うけとることが　できます。こうしきあぷりの　つかいかたは　こちらの　ぺーじを　みてください。

4.「ちーばくん（ちばけんの　ますこっと）ぐろーばる　ぱーとなーず」に　なりたい　ひとを　さがしています

ちばけんでは　たぶんかきょうせいしゃかい（くにや　みんぞくが　ちがう　ひとたちが　おたがいの　ぶんかを　みとめて　いっしょに　いきていくこと）を　つくることを　もくひょうに　しています。そこで　がいこくに　るーつ（しゅっしんちや　せんぞ）を　もつ　ひとで　「ちーばくん　ぐろーばる　ぱーとなーず」に　なってくれる　ひとを　さがしています。「ちーばくん　ぐろーばる　ぱーとなーず」に　なると　ちばけんが　ひらく　いべんとに　でたり　ちばけんの　みりょく（きょうみを　もたせる　もの）を　しょうかいしたりします。そして　さいがい（じしんや　たいふうなど）が　おきたときに　がいこくごで　じょうほうを　だす　きょうりょくを　したり　いけんこうかんかい（じぶんの　かんがえを　いったり　ひとの　かんがえを　きく　かい）に　でたり　あんけーと（いろいろな　しつもんに　こたえること）に　こたえる　きょうりょくを　したりします。
