1. Your support would be appreciated for the construction of a Shared Monkey House at the Zoological and Botanical Garden

Ichikawa City is conducting a Government Crowdfunding using the Hometown Tax Program in order to build a Shared Monkey House at the Zoological and Botanical Garden. Government Crowdfunding is crowdfunding organized by a local government, and your contribution to the program is tax-deductible just like the normal hometown tax contribution. Ichikawa residents are also eligible to receive contribution gifts. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

2. Edogawa River Cleaning Campaign

In cooperation with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and 13 municipalities along the Edogawa River, the city is going to participate in the Edogawa River Cleaning Campaign. Let’s clean up the Edogawa River, our fellow residents’ place for recreation and relaxation, by our own hands. One hundred ICHICO points will be awarded to all participants. Those who wish to participate in the event as a group must register in advance.

Sunday, May 25 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. The event will be cancelled only in case of inclement weather.

June is designated as Environment Month. In this family-friendly, fun event, there will be experience booths and quiz rallies that will surely deepen your interest in the environment. “Ichikawa-produced vegetables” Fair

Freshly harvested vegetables produced in Ichikawa will be sold at the “Ichikawa Gourmet Marché” event held at the Ichikawa Local Wholesale Market. This is a great opportunity to buy Ichikawa-branded “Ichi Vegges” vegetablees. Payment is by cash or ICHICO only.

GCFは　じちたい（ちばけんや　いちかわしなどの　ちほうこうきょうだんたい）が　おこなう　くらうどふぁんでぃんぐ（いんたーねっとを　つかって　たくさんの　ひとから　おかねを　あつめる　しくみ）です。この　きふは　ふるさとのうぜいと　おなじように　ぜいこうじょたいしょう（いっていの　きんがくを　ひいて　はらう　ひつようが　ある　ぜいきんを　へらすことが　できること）です。いちかわしに　すんでいる　ひとも　きふを　すると　とくてん（ぷれぜんと）を　もらうことが　できます。

こくどこうつうしょうと　えどがわの　ちかくに　ある　13の　じちたい（しや　くや　まち）と　いっしょに　えどがわに　おちている　ごみを　ひろいます。おおくの　ひとが　あそんだり　さんぽを　したり　する　ばしょで　ある　えどがわを　みなさんの　てで　きれいに　しましょう。さんかを　した　ひとは100いちこぽいんと（いちかわしで　かいものを　するときに　つかうことが　できる　おかね）を　もらうことが　できます。だんたい（ぐるーぷ）で　さんかを　する　ばあいは　さきに　もうしこみを　する　ひつようが　あります。
