1.概要

任務

　障害者総合支援法に基づき、障がい者等への支援の体制の整備を図るため、関係機関、関係団体並びに障がい者等及びその家族その他の関係者が相互の連絡を図ることにより、地域における障がい者等への支援体制に関する課題について情報を共有し、関係機関等の連携の緊密化を図るとともに、地域の実情に応じた体制の整備について協議を行うものです。なお、本協議会の主な所掌事務は以下のとおりとなります。

1. 関係機関相互の連携に関すること
2. 関係機関の業務において課題となった事項への対応に関すること
3. 関係機関が新たに取り組むべき地域課題の整理と対応に関すること
4. 委託相談支援事業者に関する運営及び評価に関すること
5. その他市長が必要と認めること
