英語司書補助員の募集について(Recruitment of English-speaking Library Assistant)

令和8年度（9月1日採用）の英語司書補助員を募集します。
The Ichikawa Central Library is looking for an English-speaking library assistant to start working from September 1 , 2026.

1.応募期間

2026年7月11日（土曜）から2026年7月22日（水曜）

午前10時～午後5時（7月13日、21日を除く）

Submission: from July 11, 2026 to July 22, 2026.

(10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except on July 13 and July 21)

Deadline: July 22, 2026, 5 p.m.

2.受付方法

市川市中央図書館（鬼高1-1-4）へ直接持参のうえ提出（原則として郵送不可）

Bring the application documents directly to the Ichikawa Central Library.

(Documents should NOT be submitted by mail.)

3.提出書類　Application Documents

(1)　願書（英語と日本語の両方）  Application Forms (Both English and Japanese)

*Please put a photo (size: 4 x 3cm) only on the Japanese Application Form.

(2)  英語司書補助員応募の理由（日本語もしくは英語）　＊書式は自由です

An essay (about your reasons for applying to be an English-speaking Library assistant written in Japanese or English)   *The format is free

(3)  健康状況自己申告書（英語）A Self-Assessment Medical Report

(4)  大学の卒業証明書 An Official University Certificate of Graduation (COPY ACCEPTED)

(5)  返信用封筒1通　One self-addressed stamped envelope (size: 120x235mm) *Please affix a 110 yen stamp and write your name and address on the front of the envelope.

都合により変更になる場合があります。なお、面接日時の希望はできません。

また、lbsogo@city.ichikawa.lg.jpからメ-ルを受信できるよう、受信設定の確認を事前にお願いします。
