新規ALTの応募について（Application Procedure）

令和8年度（4月1日採用）の外国語指導助手（ALT）を募集します。
The Ichikawa City Board of Education is looking for new ALTs to start working from April 1st 2026.

1．応募期間　

2026年1月6日（火曜）から2026年1月23日（金曜）
午前9時00分～午後5時00分（土曜、日曜、祝日除く）

Submission January 6, 2026 to January 23, 2026.
（9 a.m. to 5 p.m. except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays）
Deadline: January 23, 2026, 5:00 p.m.

2．受付方法

指導課（市川市役所第2庁舎4階）へ直接持参の上、提出（原則として郵送不可）

Bring the application documents directly to the Division of Guidance (Shidoka) in Ichikawa City Hall Building 2, 4F.

(Documents should NOT be submitted by mail.)

3．提出書類　Application Documents　　　　　　　　

  1. 願書（英語・日本語の両方）Application Forms（Both English and Japanese）
  2. ALT応募の理由（日本語もしくは英語）＊書式は自由です
    An essay (about your reasons for applying to be an ALT) ＊The format is free.
  3. 推薦書（日本語もしくは英語） *書式は自由です
    A Letter of Recommendation (in Japanese or English)　 ＊The format is free.
  4. 健康状況自己申告書（英語）Self-Assessment Medical Report
  5. 写真2枚　　Two photos（4cm×3cm）
  6. 大学の成績証明（コピー可）An Official University Transcript (copies accepted)
  7. 大学の卒業証明（コピー可）An Official Certificate of Graduation (copies accepted)
  8. 契約希望確認調書　A Contract Request Form（英語）
  9. 資格等の証明書 Certificates of Qualification （copies accepted）
    *Please submit only if you are qualified. （ex:TESOL,TESL,TEFL,CELTA,DELTA etc）
  10. 返信用封筒　1通　One self-addressed stamped envelope (size:120x235mm)
    　(Please affix a 110 yen stamp and write your name and address on the front of the envelope.)
  • ※応募期間までに上記のすべての書類が必要となります。
  • *All documents must be submitted by January 23, 2026.

願書等は、教育委員会指導課（市川市役所第2庁舎4階）にて直接お受け取りいただくか、以下のリンクよりダウンロードしてください。

4．面接日時

令和8年1月30日（金曜）、令和8年2月3日（火曜）から令和8年2月6日（金曜）

  • ※日時については、Eメールにて通知します。都合により変更になる場合があります。
    なお、面接日時の希望はできません。
