多文化共生推進事業「世界の食卓から」について／What is the Multicultural coexistence promotion project “From dining tables of the world”?／せかいの しょくたく（ごはんを たべるための てーぶる）から について
市川市は、市民の約30人に1人、17,621人もの外国人住民が暮らしており、国籍数も106か国・地域という多文化で国際的な都市です（令和4年11月末現在）。出入国管理庁によると、外国人の人口が全国で20番目となっています（令和3年6月現在）。
国際都市・市川市では、言語・文化・習慣の違いを互いに寛容し、すべての市民が地域社会の一員として共に生きていく「多文化共生社会」となることを目指し、様々な取り組みを行っています。
この「世界の食卓から」では、そんな外国にルーツをもつ皆さんに、日本の食文化の代表とも言える「お弁当」を通して、海外のランチを紹介してもらいます。市川市民の多国籍な食文化を「お弁当」で楽しみながら、味わってみませんか。
Ichikawa City is a multicultural, international city, where about one in 30 residents comes from overseas, and as many as 17,621 people are foreign nationals, accounting for 106 nationalities (as of late November, 2022). According to the Immigration Services Agency of Japan, Ichikawa City is ranked 21st nationwide in terms of the population of foreign nationals (as of June, 2021).
As an international city, Ichikawa City has carried out various initiatives in an aim of creating a multicultural society where everyone accepts other languages, cultures and customs, and all residents live together as members of the same local community.
For this project, “From dining tables of the world”, we have asked our fellow residents who have connections with overseas countries to introduce the typical lunch in other countries through “bento” which represents the typical Japanese food culture. Enjoy the multinational food cultures of Ichikawa residents in the form of “bento”!
いちかわしは しみんの やく30にんに ひとりが がいこくの しゅっしんです。がいこくじんが 17,621にんも すんでいて、にほんで 20ばんめに おおいです。こくせきの かずは 106の くにと ちいきで たぶんか（いろいろな ぶんかが あること）で こくさいてきな としです。
こくさいてきな とし・いちかわしでは ことば・ぶんか・せいかつの しかたが ちがうことを おたがいに うけとめて、しみん みんなが いちかわしに くらす ひとりとして いっしょに いきていく 「たぶんかきょうせいしゃかい」に なるために いろいろなことを しています。
この「せかいの しょくたくから」では がいこくに かんけいが ある みなさんに にほんの しょくぶんかの だいひょうの 「おべんとう」を とおして かいがいの おひるごはんを しょうかいしてもらいます。いちかわしみんの たこくせきな しょくぶんかを 「おべんとう」で たのしんでください。
